Sandra Hackett has over twenty five years’ experience in providing a range of strategy, risk, project management and governance services to industry and government, including the provision of strategic risk advisory and facilitation services to major state infrastructure and service delivery projects. She has considerable experience working with Boards, both as an advisor as well as a Board member for 12 years. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of St Bartholomew’s House and Chair of the Nominations, Governance and Risk Committee. With a background in engineering, Sandra brings to the team experience in project management and engineering across a range of industries including Chemicals, Petrochemicals, and Oil and Gas. She has a Master of Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mark Humphreys has over 20 years of experience encompassing logic mapping, strategic, operational and project risk, liability and insurable risk with blue chip companies in the UK and across the Australian private and public sectors. Mark is a ‘Certified Practicing Risk Manager’ (CPRM) with the Risk Management Institution of Australasia (RMIA), a ‘Certified Insurance Professional’ (CIP) with the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF) and an appointed government ‘Gateway’ Project Reviewer for ‘High Value / High Risk’ projects. He is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of ANZIIF and a ‘Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health’ (CMIOSH). He holds two ‘Master of Science’ degrees; one in ‘Insurance & Risk Management’ and one in ‘Civil Emergency Management’, majoring in risk and business continuity management.

Kenny Seow has over 25 years of international experience in disaster recovery, business continuity and crisis management in banking, securities, logistics and government. He was formally the regional head of Business Continuity Management (BCM) for a global investment bank with responsibilities for the implementation of BCM across 16 countries in Asia Pacific. Kenny has also consulted extensively on BCM to a range of corporate and government clients. He has a Master in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Computer Science, and a Specialist Diploma in Disaster and Emergency Management Systems. He is a Member of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI), a Board Member of the BCI Australasian Chapter, and a volunteer with the State Emergency Service.
